Digital Marketing Intern — Anikin Technologies

Location: Toronto / Etobicoke, ON (Remote-friendly)

Type: Internship —  (Unpaid Training Part-time), with a clear path to paid based on performance

The Opportunity

This is a unpaid-on-performance internship — meaning your success directly shapes your compensation and future with the agency.

 

Show us you can learn fast and deliver real results, and this becomes a paid role.

You'll get hands-on training and real client exposure across three core skill areas: Website Development, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and Google Marketing (Google Ads + Google Business Profile).

No prior agency experience required. What matters is curiosity, work ethic, and a willingness to learn fast.

What You'll Learn & Do

  • Assist with website builds and updates for real clients

  • Run SEO audits and help implement on-page fixes (title tags, meta descriptions, schema markup)

  • Support keyword research and content planning for client blogs

  • Help manage and optimize Google Business Profiles

  • Learn the basics of Google Ads campaign setup and reporting

  • Get exposure to client reporting, proposals, and strategy documents

  • Work alongside the agency owner on real, live accounts — not simulations

Who We're Looking For

  • Interested in digital marketing, SEO, web development, or a related field

  • Comfortable learning new tools quickly (we'll teach you the rest)

  • Detail-oriented — SEO and web work is precise, small mistakes matter

  • Reliable and communicative — tells us early if something's blocking you

  • Bonus: any prior exposure to WordPress, Wix, Google Ads, Google Search Console, or basic HTML/CSS (not required)
