Affordable WordPress
SEO Agency Toronto

Most WordPress sites don't have an SEO problem. They have a setup problem.

What WordPress SEO Actually Means

WordPress SEO means making sure:

- Google can find and read every page on your site

- Every page targets one clear keyword with real local intent

- Your site tells Google *exactly* what you do, where you are, and who you serve

- Your pages load fast and work on mobile

- Your content answers the questions your customers are actually searching

How It Works

No guessing. No wasted time.

Every engagement follows the same proven process — from first call to first ranking.

Step 01 — Full Site Audit

Before we touch anything, we audit what's there.

We look at every indexed page, every title tag, every H1, load speed, mobile usability, internal linking, schema markup, and duplicate content. Most WordPress sites we audit have at least 6–8 problems we can fix in the first 30 days that create an immediate lift.

Step 02 — Keyword Strategy

We don't stuff keywords onto pages that already exist.

We build a proper page architecture — one page per intent, one keyword per page — based on what your customers are actually searching. That means a dedicated page for each service, a pillar page for each category, and supporting content that fills in the gaps.

Step 03 — On-Page Optimization

Every page gets:

- A title tag written for clicks, not just crawlers

- A meta description that sells the click

- A clean H1, H2, H3 structure

- A featured snippet answer at the top for fast-answer queries

- Schema markup so Google understands the page content precisely

- A single, clear CTA matched to the page's intent

Step 04 - Technical Fixes

WordPress sites collect technical debt fast — especially when multiple plugins are involved.

We fix crawl errors, redirect chains, slow load times, indexing issues, and anything else that's making it hard for Google to process the site. We don't patch problems. We remove them.

Step 05 — Local SEO Integration

Your WordPress site and your Google Business Profile should work together, not separately.

We make sure your site signals the same service areas, categories, and location information as your GBP. That alignment is one of the strongest local ranking signals Google looks for.

06 — Monthly Reporting

You get a plain-English report every month: impressions, clicks, calls, cost per lead, and what we're doing next.

How much does WordPress SEO cost in Toronto?

DrainRooter Plumbing Results.png

From zero Google presence to top 3 in the Map Pack.

DrainRooter came to us with a basic website, no GBP optimization, no schema markup, and zero Page 1 rankings for their core services. Within 4 months of launching the Core 30 architecture, they were ranking in the top 3 of the Google Map Pack for emergency plumbing keywords across Toronto — and the phone hadn't stopped ringing since.

Image Machines Technology Inc.

Specialist printer repair shop for equipment most technicians won't touch — large-format plotters, eco-solvent printers, and wide-format machines from Canon, HP, Mimaki, Roland, and more. When we started, the site had near-zero organic traffic (1 visit/month in Aug 2024) and zero rankings for core repair keywords. We built out the content architecture, launched a targeted blog program, and optimized key service pages — growing monthly organic traffic from 1 to 273 in 18 months.

Quick Print Traffic.png

Local print shop competing against Staples and FedEx Office in Oakville. Built full local SEO foundation — GBP optimization, 18 blog posts targeting Oakville print keywords, service page builds, and resolved duplicate Mississauga pages dragging down crawl efficiency.

Maple Leaf.png

Boutique inn relying heavily on OTA platforms for bookings — paying commission on every reservation. We rebuilt their Google Ads campaign from scratch targeting seasonal Ontario travel keywords, redesigned the landing page for direct bookings, and realigned the bidding strategy around actual booking intent. Direct bookings increased 218% while cost-per-booking dropped 62% compared to OTA channels.

Expect first movement in 60 to 90 days, and full results in 4 to 6 months. You'll usually see impressions climb before clicks, and clicks before calls. We tell you this upfront rather than after you've signed.

Anyone promising page one in 30 days is either bidding on ads or lying to you.

The timeline depends on where you're starting. A WordPress site that's already indexed and just poorly optimized moves faster than one Google has never properly crawled. The audit tells us which one you are in week one.

How long until my WordPress site starts ranking?

02

Almost never. In most cases we're fixing what's already there — titles, structure, speed, indexing, internal links. A rebuild is a last resort, usually only when the theme itself blocks the fixes or the site is on a page builder that generates unusable code.

Most WordPress sites don't have an SEO problem. They have a setup problem. The content is often fine. It's the wiring behind it that's wrong.

Do I need to rebuild my WordPress site?

05

Usually, yes — and it's usually not a content problem. Pages fail to get indexed for a handful of predictable reasons: no internal links pointing to them, a stray noindex tag, a broken canonical, or a site with too little authority for Google to bother crawling deep.

We check all of those in the audit. Indexing issues are often the fastest win on a WordPress site, because once the page is finally crawled, the content you already wrote starts working.

My pages aren't showing up on Google at all. Can you fix that?
